About RunnersResource.com

Runner's Resource was established in 2003 and 2004 by Levi Bloom (that's me), a beginning runner at the time. I decided to share what I have learned so that you have a better running experience than I did.

From getting my first good pair of running sneakers in May of 2003, to completing the Boston Marathon in April 2004, (and then deciding to stick with cycling), it's all covered here.

Also be on the lookout for Scott Hirsch and Pat Reardon who may be featured on this site sometimes. And then there's the infamous Luke Durant, who should contribute to this site, but he won't because he's too lazy. Multiple injuries, such as a torn ACL, are keeping him from running to his full potential.
