I have to tell you thatI had my doubts about this knee sleeve. I wore it one day. I even slept in it. I had reasons to believe it didn't work before because I have tried all kinds of knee rubs, bandages and almost everything. My doctor said I
very severe arthritis in my left knee. So I have worn it for a whole day and night. I can tell you my pain is almost gone. I couldn't believe it!!!!!!!!
I would recommend ANYBODY that has knee pain to please please get one. It is amazing. My brother introduced it to it. He kept telling me his pain was gone. I was skeptical but I tried it. Bam the pain is GONE. Thank you Tommie copper and Montel williams for making this product.

Great article Aaron. You did a good job explaining the Tabata protocol and giving beginners some tips to apply it to their training. Cheers!

This is an interesting article Joshua. I love learning about bees and I'm a fan of honey as a sweetener.

When it comes to bee pollen though, I'm still skeptical. I'd love to take a closer look at any actual studies of bee pollen on runners if you have any links (I've never been able to find a true source on bee pollen studies.)

Regardless, I think bee pollen could be an interesting product for runners to look into if they are already maximizing all other aspects of their training and nutrition.

Loved your article. I run with my dog too. He is the greatest running parter; he's always ready to go and he's the strong and silent type. Lol.

Being a long-haired breed, the only time he wants to stop before I am done is if it is too hot out. (We live near the desert.) Otherwise, he'll keep going as long as I will. Usually he is still ready to run and play even after we get home from our most grueling runs.
